Custom orders may take longer depending on design complexity. You'll receive timing before the work begins.
If your item arrives damaged, contact Daly Creation within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.
Because custom pieces are made for a specific person or design, custom orders are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
